Para tener un buen estado de salud es imprescindible una dieta sana y practicar un poco de ejercicio cada día. Ahora además cuentas con la ayuda de este programa, que te permite llevar un control exhaustivo de tus sesiones de ejercicio.

Exercise Diary presenta una sencilla interfaz dividida en varios apartados, donde puedes anotar los ejercicios que haces cada día (clasificados por aeróbicos o anaeróbicos), cuántas sesiones y repeticiones de cada uno y el peso actual.

El programa genera automáticamente una serie de informes con toda esta información, que puedes imprimir. También permite modificar el nombre de los ejercicios, con lo que puedes añadir lo que tú quieras o traducir los que ya vienen a español.
